Description
Ghatia mix is a fantastic snack mix that combines a range of different flavours and textures into one excellent mixture. Something that we’re exceptionally proud of with this mix is the texture itself. The deep-frying process can make for some poor textures, but we made sure to refine our recipe such that every single package of ghatia mix is perfectly crispy, crunchy, and succulent. We use a traditional spice blend in our ghatia mix to ensure the flavour is what people are expecting, but we’re also delicate – just a hint of flavour is perfect.
