Our angel cake retains the colour and flavour of the iconic snack while being sure that our high standards for quality aren’t compromised whatsoever. The moist, dense sponge stands very well next to the rigid icing, leading to a pleasing texture that’s utterly moreish. We’re very proud of the vanilla flavouring within the sponge and cream – it’s neither too strong nor too mild, instead being perfectly balanced to ensure that each bite delivers the perfect amount of flavour.
