Almond biscotti is something that has been eaten throughout Italy for a very, very long time. The idea is simple – almonds have an intense flavour, and biscotti will last for a long time. This resulted in a staple snack that has been munched on for hundreds of years. We’ve taken that classic option and made it a little more approachable for the modern day – it’s small enough to work well on the go while also being sweet and flavoursome enough to be hard to refuse. Almond biscotti work wonderfully well alongside a steaming cup of coffee – that’s a combination we can’t recommend enough!
