Marrowfat peas are an underutilized resource, and we’re proud to say that we’ve made great use of them in this snack. Their large size and naturally succulent texture is paired will with the roasting process that we use and the spices that they’re tossed in. We’ve made sure not to overwhelm the natural sweetness and smoothness of the peas, while also adding a straightforward and delicious spice blend that enhances their flavour. To be sure that they can showcase their exceptional flavour, we’ve made sure to source high quality marrowfat peas, and then cook them such that their flavour will be maintained exceptionally well.
